What we collect
- Booking requests: your name, email, optional WhatsApp number, the trip and date you choose, number of guests, pickup place, certification level for certified dives, and any notes you write.
- Messages: your name, email, optional WhatsApp number and your message.
- Where you came from: if you arrive from one of our adverts, the campaign tags and ad click ID in the link are kept for that visit and saved with your request, so we can see which adverts work.
We do not collect payment details on this website. Nothing is charged online.
Why we use it
To answer you, check the slot, confirm your booking and look after you on the day. If you tick the newsletter box, we also email you occasional news and offers. The box is never ticked for you, and every email has a way to unsubscribe.
Who sees it
Our small team. Your details are stored on our website host (Hostinger) and sent to us by email. We do not sell your details. If we use a mailing service for the newsletter or an advertising service to measure our adverts, we only share what is needed, and only for guests who agreed.
How long we keep it
Booking records for as long as we need them for our business and legal records. Newsletter details until you unsubscribe.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you what we hold, correct it, delete it, or stop emailing you. Write to info@polhenadiving.com and we will do it.
Cookies and similar storage
This website saves your light or dark theme choice, and (for one visit) any advert tags, on your own device. It does not use tracking cookies. Live weather and sea data are fetched by your browser from Open-Meteo. If we add advertising measurement later, we will ask you first.
